The supervisor will be the main point person in LAX and will coordinate the ground handling service and other suppliers in the station. The role have to guarantee the applicable local regulations, procedures and operative conditions for Aeromexico Cargo.
Responsabilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the end to end operation and comercial conditions for AM Cargo.
- Coordinate with the vendor, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Prepare USA import documentation, including customs entries, invoices, and bills of lading.
- Ensure the procedures, policies and service standards in the operation
- Lead the follow up plans of the vendor's performance, service and others
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience on Cargo handling procedures and inbound/outbound process.
- Solid knowledge on IATA GSHA standards, customs regulations.
- Fluently Bilingual in English and Spanish. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work with limited supervision, focused in achiving the operational goals
